RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE NOTE

WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS.
There are associated costs with returns, which are borne by the customer.


Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.

The return must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must include all necessary parts, components, and packaging exactly as the product was received.

  • Damage caused by careless handling is excluded; the product must be returned in its original condition.

  • Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.

  • A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged beyond our control.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Send an email to: info@eleanor-boutique.com

  2. Ensure the email includes the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • Photo of the product (in case of damage)

    • First name and last name of the customer

    • Customer’s address

Once received, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.
Please do not send the return to the sender address.

You, as the customer, are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Cancellation

The consumer has a right of withdrawal if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to commercial or independent professional activity.


Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation of an order is only possible within 1 hour of placing the order.
After 1 hour, cancellation is no longer possible as the order will already be in processing.


Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) receives the goods.

Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process, and refunds are not possible once goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Eleanor Boutique of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., via email).
The withdrawal is completed once we have received the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Please note that longer transit times may occur for shipments originating from Asia.

If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until delivery and then return the goods. You may notify us of your intention to cancel in advance.

To speed up processing, please send us a shipping confirmation once the return has been dispatched.


Customs Fees

Please note that return shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional charges.
Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer/returner and will not be reimbursed.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

  • Include clear photos as proof

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue

If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will send a replacement free of charge.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision and have received the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

ALL RETURNS ARE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AND MUST BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER.
